A new "Superfood" thats easy to grow in your own garden or window box

Has dark blue/green fully curled leaves. Kale has a long harvest window making it an ideal easy grow healthy plant Great in salads fresh or as a cooked vegetable. Be watchful for cabbage moths that often show up end of June and can destroy your crop. Cover with fine netting/cloth or use organic insecticide.
