A new "Superfood" thats easy to grow in your own garden or window box

Has dark blue/green fully curled leaves. Kale has a long harvest window making it an ideal easy grow healthy plant Great in salads fresh or as a cooked vegetable. The 'Manitoba' Tomato is a very dependable and early tomato variety that is excellent for the Prairies. Enjoy the bright red, juicy fruit earlier in the season than other varieties.

An easy way to produce delicious onion greens in your garden! 
Simply set the bulb in your garden (or garden box) 1-2" below the top of the soil.

These are not the same as a bunching onion, as the onion below the surface is similar looking to garlic as it multiplies.

Keep them 2-3 inches apart and 8 inches between rows.

Officially the hottest pepper in the world as ranked by Guinness Records, with average Scoville units of 1.5 million units. Fiery red fruit has a unique little stinger tail. Flavour is surprisingly good once you get past the heat.

The Celebrity tomato is a hybrid that produces long fruit-bearing stems holding very plump, robust tomatoes. Plants need caging or staking, and produce fruit throughout the growing season.
