This early maturing plant produces heavy yields of ½ to ¾ oz red cherry tomatoes, and can produce over 500 tomatoes a season! The fruit is very sweet and flavorful, perfect for eating fresh off the vine or in salads. It has impressive disease resistance, and the fruit itself is crack-resistant. The plant requires support by either staking or cages.

The Early Girl Tomato produces early fruits that are bright red, very firm, and can be up to 7 – 9 oz in size. This tomato shows good tolerance to cracking and provide great taste and performance in the garden. Loads of slicer tomatoes are delicious on sandwiches or in salads.

Tumbler Tomatoes are an F1 Hybrid variety that is excellent for hanging baskets and containers. These plants provide cascades of wonderfully sweet, 2.5 cm (1") cherry tomatoes that will tumble down over the edge of containers. This vine produces small 3-4kg (7-9 lb) squashes that have orange flesh and attractive, bluish grey skins. Baby Blue Hubbard squash seeds have outstanding keeping ability. This is an attractive, flavourful variety for gardeners and commercial growers alike.
Tip: For the best storage, allow the fruits to ripen fully on the vine, but be sure to harvest prior to frost. Wipe each fruit down with a weak bleach solution to kill off any bacteria or mould spores, and be sure not to nick the tough skins. Store in a cool, dark place and enjoy Hubbard squash all winter long.

Most leeks require a long growing season of about 120 days. Which is why we start seeds in early spring. Split the plants apart, you can hill the plants to produce a longer white shaft, or plant in a furrow and fill it in. Leeks have shallow root systems and need plentiful watering. This yellow fruit pepper is a long time favourite across Manitoba. A medium variety of Capsicum Annuum with a wide range on the Scoville Scale (heat indicator scale), meaning the pepper can vary in heat, but is comparable to a jalapeño.
