Extremely ruffled, cream coloured margins extend from the tip of each green leaf all the way down the petiole to the crown. This ruffled margin is evident even in the juvenile stage of the plant before vernalization. The leaves of this medium sized hosta are of excellent substance, making them slug resistant in the landscape.
'Komodo Dragon' Hosta forms a large mound, with dark blue-green leaves and shows a ruffled edge. In midsummer, 4 foot tall flowering stalks emerge bearing light lavender coloured, funnel shaped bloom.

'So Sweet' Hosta is a wonderfully fragrant hosta and a fast grower. This hosta has very shiny dark green leaves and yellow edges in spring. The edges slowly fade as the season progresses and are almost pure white by late summer.

'Fragrant Bouquet' Hosta shows a vibrant green centre leaf and a pale yellow edge in the spring, and develops into a deeper green centre with cream white margins in the summer.
The leaves are wavy in appearance and bloom a fragrant white flower in August.

'Guacamole' Hosta is medium sized with rich coloured foliage, growing in a mound with broad leaves that are striated in texture. The 'Guacamole' Hosta is a relative of the 'Fragrant Bouquet' Hosta, and blooms in midsummer.

This hosta features a Frosty blue-green leaves with a graceful vase-like habit distinguish this fine hosta from all others and are very slug-resistant. it produces Lavender flowers (approx: 4-6' tall scapes).

Garden Astilbe are a popular choice for shady gardens, where they perform well if given a rich, moist soil and regular watering. This selection has long, feathery plumes of deep lavender-mauve flowers, over a mound of elegant, lacy green leaves. Also thrives in tubs, or mixed containers. Excellent for cutting.
Fertilize in April and June. Seed heads may be removed, or left on the plant for winter interest.

Six Hills Masses of bright-blue flowers appear on short spikes in early summer, continuing on and off through the fall if the old flowers are regularly removed. Despite the name, this is best in the middle of a border because of its mid-sized stature. Drought tolerant, once established. Flowers are attractive to butterflies.

May Night Salvia is an outstanding perennial with excellent cold hardiness, vigor, and tolerance of heavy clay soils. Blooming in late spring with a profusion of flower spikes, it re-blooms later in the summer when deadheaded. These plants attract butterflies and are deer/rabbit resistant.
