We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Snow Clearing
Position: Snow Removal
Responsibilities:
Clearing snow from walkways, entrances, parking areas, and designated outdoor spaces
Operating snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows (as applicable)
Applying ice melt or sand to ensure safe walking and driving surfaces
Monitoring weather conditions and responding promptly during and after snowfall events
Assisting with general outdoor maintenance and cleanup as needed
Maintaining a safe, tidy, and accessible environment for staff and customers
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license for Manitoba
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in cold winter conditions
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call during snow events
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong attention to safety and detail
Previous snow removal or equipment experience considered an asset
Lawn Maintenance
Position: Full Time Lawn Maintenance (Starting Spring 2026)
Responsibilities:
Mowing lawns and maintaining landscaped areas
Trimming, edging, and weeding garden beds and walkways
Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Watering plants and lawns as needed
Assisting with seasonal outdoor tasks and general property upkeep
Keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-presented
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license for Manitoba
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience considered an asset
