Barista/Retail
Part Time
Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
Operating and maintaining espresso machines and related equipment
Assisting customers within the garden centre at checkout, finding products, checking inventory, and answering questions.
Supporting general retail tasks such as labeling, restocking, organizing displays, and cleaning.
Providing friendly, efficient service and maintaining a welcoming environment in both the café and retail areas.
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license for Manitoba.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a warm environment.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Comfortable using iPads and technology for sales and transactions.
Availability for weekend shifts.
Seasonal Retail Associate
Part Time (Nov to Dec)
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers throughout the garden centre with checkout, finding products, and answering questions.
Helping customers select, wrap, and load Christmas trees and seasonal items.
Unpacking and organizing incoming shipments; restocking and labeling products as needed.
Watering and maintaining live plants to ensure they stay healthy and well-presented.
Keeping the retail and tree areas clean, organized, and safe for customers.
Providing friendly, helpful service and contributing to a positive holiday shopping experience.
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license for Manitoba.
Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and working both indoors and outdoors in cold conditions.
Comfortable using iPads and technology for sales and inventory.
Availability for weekend and holiday-season shifts.
