Landscape Crew
Full Time
Work hands-on installing trees, shrubs, patios, and other custom jobs while ensuring a safe and efficient job site.
We’re looking for: reliable, experienced leaders who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and guiding a small team. Year-round work is available for those interested, including winter snow clearing.
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license (Class 3 eligible for higher wage)
Physically fit and capable of manual labor
Experience operating compact equipment (skid steers, tractors, mini excavators)
Ability to work safely and efficiently on varied outdoor projects
Lawn Crew
Full Time
Work as part of a crew mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and assisting with other landscaping projects.
We’re looking for: reliable, hardworking team members who enjoy outdoor work and hands-on tasks. Seasonal and year-round opportunities available, including winter work.
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license an asset
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Comfortable using lawn and landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, spreaders)
Team-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
