An easy way to produce delicious onion greens in your garden! 
Simply set the bulb in your garden (or garden box) 1-2" below the top of the soil.

These are not the same as a bunching onion, as the onion below the surface is similar looking to garlic as it multiplies.

Keep them 2-3 inches apart and 8 inches between rows.

Most leeks require a long growing season of about 120 days. Which is why we start seeds in early spring. Split the plants apart, you can hill the plants to produce a longer white shaft, or plant in a furrow and fill it in. Leeks have shallow root systems and need plentiful watering. Long shank, upright growing with dark blue‐green leaves.

A very large, juicy onion with a mild sweet flavour. Has a golden color with a crisp thick flesh.

Excellent red storage type. Uniform, mostly single-centered, hardy bulbs with dark skin. 

We seed our onions In February so they're ready to go when you buy them. One pack of 6 will produce approximately 24-48  Onions
