Unit price perThe 'Blue Carpet' is a very popular rock garden plants as they form a low cushion of green leaves, that get smothered by flowers for several weeks. This variety blooms with various shades of rich blue and violet, over grey-green leaves.
To encourage a thick mounding habit, plants should be trimmed lightly immediately after blooming. Excellent choice for a rock garden in sun or part shade, growing over rock walls, or in alpine troughs and other containers.
