Alpenglow® is a red-leafed, upright hybrid maple that is hardy down to –30F. In spring, merlot leaves dance on arching branches; translucent veins help them catch the light and glow. Acer x pseudosieboldianum Arctic Jade^® is a member of our Jack Frost^® collection of hybrid maples and is an excellent substitute for less hardy Japanese maples in harsh climate conditions. It has large green, deeply cut leaves reminiscent of A. japonicum ‘Aconitifolium’ with an excellent branching habit. In autumn, the foliage is an impressive canvas for the dazzling fusion of orange and red tones.

Acer x pseudosieboldianum Ice Dragon^® is a welcome addition to the Jack Frost^® collection of hardy garden maples from Iseli Nursery. This all-season tree has a cascading habit and was bred and selected to tolerate Zone 4 winters while still retaining the refined qualities of the less hardy Japanese maples. Spring begins as leaves unfurl blushed orange-red, quickly maturing to green. In summer, the finely divided, delicate appearing green leaves are durable and tolerant of sun and heat. Autumn brings foliage of a kaleidoscope of yellow, orange and red. After leaf drop, the sinuous and undulating branching structure is a visual treat during the long cold winter months.

African violets are a herbaceous flowering plant more commonly kept as a houseplant in Northern Climates.

It's fleshy leaves have a fine, hair-like fur on them. Blooms produce five petals and are velvety to the touch. Vibrant colours are

CAUTION: Do Not over water,  highly susceptible to root rot. Prefers a pot with good drainage/ soil. 

Beautifully variegated leaves form sharp (and dangerous) spikes. Can be trimmed off with clippers, but not ideal for homes with pets or children!

Grow as a house plant and take it outside during the summer to create an Arizona landscape.

Succulents are low maintenance. Growing best in bright, dry environments and appreciating periods of neglect, making this an ideal house plant!

Requires substantial amounts of light, at least 5 hours of bright, direct light every day. Placing your succulent outdoors during the summer months will help it to thrive.

Pro tip: Moving your plant outside in the spring, after growing indoors over the winter, can be a harsh transition and intense afternoon sunlight can cause sunburn. Place your plant where it can receive small amounts of shade when the sun is strongest.

 Alocasia cannot handle prolonged, direct, midday sunlight. Important to grow in dappled indirect light. East or North window is best.
