Unit price perIntend to plant and reap a harvest in 3 years. Asparagus need well-drained nutrient rich soil. Plant in full sun and mark its planting location as it will die back and can be visually lost in the garden by late summer.
Purple Passion is known for being 20% sweeter than regular asparagus and the colour will fade when cooked. Flavour is known to be mildly nutty.

Available on 2-gallon and smaller shrubs and perennials. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. To help reduce shipping costs, plants are cut back and shipped semi-bare root whenever possible.
