Kohlrabi is a versatile vegetable with a bulbous stem above ground. It has a mild, sweet flavor and a crisp texture, similar to broccoli stems. Both the bulb and leaves are edible, used raw or cooked in various dishes.

A nutrition packed vegetable that's great for a variety of meals. Cabbage likes full sun and well-nourished soil. Adding compost or manure to the garden/soil, as well as monitoring for cabbage moths in June, will help you be successful in growing this vegetable.

Very early, high-quality cabbage has dense, solid, spherical heads. Plants are very compact, relative to the size of the heads. Fine for cole slaw, stir fry and other fresh uses.
