Golden Elderberry is a hardy shrub, with lime green foliage.Like the American Elderberry it produces fruit that is rich in antioxidants due to its high content of polyphenols and contains a higher concentration of vitamin C than the orange! To create hedging, Plant approx. 3 or 4 feet apart.
The berries can be used to make jellies, jams, syrup, juice, fruit bars, and are popular as a dehydrated fruit.
