Ginger Mint

Fragrant ginger aroma and flavours of the mint family. The foliage is a mix of light and dark green, with plenty of large leaves to harvest. Once the plant is established, harvest whole stems down to ground level to encourage new leafy shoots from the base. A perfect mint to add into cool summer refreshments

Suggestions: Mint has a tendency to overpower the garden if not kept in check. Cut the bottom from a container, place the container in a hole in the garden, fill with soil and plant the mint inside the container
