Iris plants make an excellent addition to your perennial garden. They will tolerate part shade but for best growth, and to avoid disease plant in medium moisture, well-drained soils as good soil drainage is essential to combat potential soft rot problems.
Deadhead individual spent flowers and remove flowering stems to the ground after bloom and Fertilize lightly in early spring for encouraged growth.
